Hi, My Left And Right Scapula, Are Sweeling.. My Both

Hi, my left and right scapula, are sweeling.. my both shoulders are very pailful specially when im lying in the bed. i had been to the doctor many times . they said that i have UNS. MYALGIA.. I got one shot cortisone on my right side shoulder. I still fell pain on my both arms specialy the right arms.. when i move wrong it is very pain, i cant dsecribe.. I did also a Laser Therapy but its helps nothing....Im so worried about my conditions. beacuse my father died of lung cancer.. What is the exact diagnos.. thanks.
