Hi, My Left Ankle Has Been Swelling For The Last

Hi, my left ankle has been swelling for the last month off and on. I have some tightness and pain in my calf also. I have been running a lot lately and I have an old ankle injury but this is definitely different than the usual pain and slight swelling.
