Hi My Left Ear Is Blocked And I Can Barely

Hi my left ear is blocked and i can barely hear from it. However i dont have any pain. When I tried to clean it, I could see small stone like pieces coming out of the ear. I'm advised by a friend who has gone through the same problem to use sloiwax drops. I need your assistance to proceed further !
