Hi, My Left Side Of My Face Went Slightly Numb

Hi, my left side of my face went slightly numb for about 6 hours just over a week ago and hasn't happend since. For the last few days every so often my forehead feels like one vein is pulsing. Could this just be stress or is it more serious like a sign of a stroke or heart attack?
