Hi, My Lip Burns A Lot And It's Been Hurting

Hi, my lip burns a lot and it's been hurting for a few days now and it hurts every time I move them and I'm pretty sure there is slight swelling. My lips are more pinker than usual and I think the cause of this is because I tried on many lipsticks at make up stores because it first started hurting after that. But it has been 5 days now and my lips still severely burn and I'm using a lot of vaseline and chap sticks and nothing is helping. It burns so much and there's dried skin that keeps peeling off every now and then. send help pls.
