Hi My Lips Are Giving Me Grief Starting In About

Hi my lips are giving me grief starting in about july my lips starting feeling really dry. I starting applying chapsticks non-stop to my lips(which I never had to do before) my lips began getting these microscopic size bumps that no one else couldn't see it but I feel them. Then my lips became super super black to the point people kept asking do I smoke( which I don't and don't drink coffe) is the a perminant thing plzzzz help
