Hi My Little Girl Age 4 Bumped Her Head On

Hi my little girl age 4 bumped her head on the 23rd of December , there was a egg shaped bump but she was totally fine in her self she did have the odd tears , didn't think anything of it till recently but the lumps still there on her forehead it feels all lumpy n she said it hurts when I touch , she did result in a black eye after the forehead bang but it was minor , im starting to think could anything of happened more then originally had thought :(
