Hi my lmp was on 9th June and took a pregnancy test on 7th July on the day of next due period and was negative I then retested two days later and got a positive on clear blue stating 1-2 weeks pregnant. I had some bleeding two weeks later and was scanned to find no sign of pregnancy. Hcg levels continued to rise normally and another scan was performed on 27th July confirming a gestational sac of 8mm with nothing inside. I was told to come back in 9 days for rescan which then measured 16mm still nothing inside. Was told to expect the worse as bleeding continued and there should of been some development inside of sac by this point. The last time I had sexual intercourse was 2nd July. Is there any hope that the baby will develop? They say I should think about d.c if this can shows empty sac .
