Hi My Logger I Notes Was Shaking When He Had

Hi my logger i notes was shaking when he had a cup of tea ,Sunday when he got up Monday for work his whole face was swollen from his right eye down to his chin, and across his mouth , to day the whole face is swollen. And he dose not have a Doctor , and will not get one
