Hi My Lymphocyte Count Has Been Steadily Rising In The

Hi my lymphocyte count has been steadily rising in the last few months until it is now classed as high. I have crohns and take humira. I have been suffering extreme fatigue with no symptoms of a crohns flare but just feel not right. Should I be worrying?xx
