Hi My Menses Was Due On 20th Jan And Its

Hi my menses was due on 20th jan and its already 24th today. Since my menses are usually very heavy for first 4 days i am really concerned as we are going for 3 days holidays starting 27th jan. Can i take norethisterone at this stage? i am 48 year old and my periods are irregular.
