Hi My Mom Has Muscle Pain/spasm That Come And Go

Hi my mom has muscle pain/spasm that come and go on her lower back and the other time is was her arm and shoulder , and she could barely move, then the pain decreased after a few minutes then she could at least move her arm a little. Then today she’s complaining of numbness in her fingers, she says it’s more painful than numb. She is 53 years old. Her current medications are asprin and nefidepine. The first episode of he pain was is April 2018. Then followed by subtle lower back pain that lasted for about a month or 2. The last 2 episodes of the muscle pain and numbness occurred within a space of 1 week
