Hi My Mom Is 65 Years And She Has Low

Hi my mom is 65 years and she has low blood pressure in the morning and high blood presupsure in the evening. Currently het blood pressure level is 174-100 and she has thyroid issue as well. Can you pls know whats the reason for the fluctuating blood pressure level
