Hi, My Mom Recently Is Having Issues With Falling Down

Hi, my mom recently is having issues with falling down for no apparent reason. Dr. has done CT scan and finds nothing. And he just gives her prednisone and antibiotic and sends her on her way. I think they probably need to do a MRI - any suggestions. They did say her white blood cell count a little high.
