Hi My Mom Thinks She Has A Hacker Its Been

Hi my mom thinks she has a hacker its been a problem for a while it's getting really bad she's delusional paranoid it started on the computer she's obsessed and in love with this fake thought she thinks it speaks to hear by what other people post on social media. It controls her moods she spends more then half her day on the computer. I have all kinds of screen shots of her talking off the wall she said about attacking her psychiatrist she wants to commit suicide she said no she why people go on shooting sprees. I told her doctor and she didn't believe me the first day then the next day I went and showed her the proof in front of me she called the police to have her committed a hour later she cancelled it because she spoke to my mom and I believe my threatened to sue her because that's what she told me she was nervous about and that's why she didn't do it till she seen the proof but supposedly she told me my proof wasn't enough what should I do. She's been diagnosed bi polar schotzphranic and the doctor put her on adderall and I'm thinking that started this and that's why she's not helping me..
