Hi My Mother (62 Years Old) Is Having 13000 Count

Hi my mother (62 years old) is having 13000 count of TLC test. Doctor said she is having blood infection. she is suffering from headache and urine problem and also having a temperature as well. Please tell me what does that means? she is taking antibiotics.
