Hi My Mother Had Her Ears Washed By A Doctor

Hi my mother had her ears washed by a doctor now there is contact roar in her head 24 hours a day. It is affecting her daily living could there be a neurological cause she did have tinnitus before but it did not affect her daily living. Thank you daughter.
