Hi My Mother Has Parkinson Disease With About 13 Years

Hi my mother has Parkinson disease with about 13 years she is 71 years old. Recently she had a fall 1 of of 3 in the past few years. I notice of late that she hears or see's things that are not there also when talking I can't hear a word she was saying and some of what she says makes no sense whatsoever. I am wondering if she is developing Dementia?
