Hi , My Mother Is 48 Years Of Age And

Hi , my mother is 48 years of age and she's having heavy and prolonged bleeding , as per advice of dr she got ultra sound done where we came to know that her endometrial thickness is 13 mm . Is it a concern ? And please suggest me what can can be done .
