Hi My Mother Is 69 Years Old She'd Been Stressed

Hi my mother is 69 years old she'd been stressed out lately and hasn't felt good she told me today she's been bleeding in her private area said she hasn't had a period in 20 years or so and also has bad cramps and back pain do you have an idea what could be wrong ? Thank you
