Hi My Mother Is 69 Yrs N She Had Stroke

my mother is 69 yrs n she had stroke ladt month bcz of high blood pressure . Now she is taking loprin 75 mg . Concore 5 mg. Norvasic .
i want to ask is it safe to take loprin regularly bcz one doctor said its not safe it can cause internal bleeding in stomach or brain .
but neurophisician said she should take it in the long run . Doctor told that irs a initial stage of vascular dementia .
