Hi My Mother Is 74 Yrs Old And Complained To

Hi my mother is 74 yrs old and complained to me today that she has a lump on the right side of her abdomen. She said also called it swelling. The swelling runs from her side across to her navel. She said the lump/swelling has went down alittle since she noticed it two days ago. She also said if she pushes on it she has pain up into her stomach area.
