Hi, My Mother Is Not Well. She Is Growing Very

Hi, my mother is not well. She is growing very weak. A few days back she had fever and pain in her knee joints. We admitted her to a local hospital and managed to cure the fever and pain in her knee joints but the doctors say that there is something in the heart that's not normal as the heart rate is slower than usual and that I should take her back in two weeks to check if everything okay. My mother is not eating well and she looks very feeble. Hands are shaky and words do not come out smoothly. Anything I could do from home to make my mother strong? Kindly advise.
