Hi, My Mum Has A Lump In The Lumbarsacral Region

Hi, my mum has a lump in the lumbarsacral region since last three years have grown over the three years, the doctors have done aspirations MRI n all sort of tests n as they aspirated 25-30mm of puss they have put her on imperial Anti tuberculosis treatment.

She is generally very weak as she has rheumatoid arthritis from 20 years and had a pulmonary tb 15 years back , though recovered but ever since she has cough n the phlegm increasing over the years

She s not really fit for a surgical removal of that lump. I would want to know how soon can we see the improvement in her, although she feels the lump has gone bigger.
