Hi my name is Adam. I'm currently suffering from a very blocked up nose which is making me feel awful. It is also making me feel tired and isn't clearing very well when I try blowing my nose, got any advice on whether this is a cold or flu? I am taking medicine drinks for it and would welcome your help.
