Hi My Name Is Adelina I Was Born With One

Hi my name is Adelina I was born with one my left foot clubfoot. I have never really had problems as a child. Now i am fifty four years old. I noticed about a week ago the top part of my foot hurts to touch. Today I noticed it is red and hurts to walk and touch? What could be wrong?
