Hi My Name Is Alex. I Am 45 Years Old

Hi my name is Alex. I am 45 years old and had two total hip replacements. I am adopted from Da Nang Vietnam by American parents in 1973. Being born in 1972 in Vietnam I'm thinking I may be a child of a soldier that was contaminated with Agent Orange. I have no biological family or medical info for myself. My question is am I able to get effects from AO through my dad(a soldier) I have Avascular Necrosis and had to get two hip replacements.
