Hi, My Name Is Alex. I'm 19, Going On 20

Hi, my name is Alex. I'm 19, going on 20 soon and have struggled with acne for a while now. I'm originally from CT and moved down to SC almost 2 years ago. Ever since then my acne has gotten bad! I have crazy sensitive skin and I've tried every low benzoyl peroxide dermatologist recommended medicine, never tried any pills. I get sorta big, bright red acne. I am not of any medication at the time. What can I do to make it go away
