Hi, my name is Amy. I'm 45 years old and after taking a shower last evening, I had bright blue veins up my arm, in my hands, and wrists, and my breast; like someone used a marker on me. I've never had this happen before. My cholesterol and blood sugar are normal. I am active and in shape. I went to bed and it went away in the morning. What would have caused it...I had no discomfort, pain or fever, no shortness of breath...wouldn't have even noticed it if I wasn't showering.
