Hi My Name Is Ashling It All Started Over A

Hi my name is Ashling it all started over a year ago when I started to develope systems of double vision chronic fatigue severe headaches with vomiting hot flushes night sweats abnormal vaginal bleeding after intercourse and vaginal pain during intercourse. I went to my doctor who sent me to colposcopy because I had previous had CIN 111 which had travelled up the neck of my womb and had to have a cold sponge procedure to remove the abnormal cells. I had normal smears for five years after this. When i went back to colposcopy i had CIN 1 which they removed under anesthetic and they looked with a camera and they said everything was fine. They said the abnormal bleed was coming from scar tissue caused by the lettz procedure 5 years previous. I then was complaining with a pain in my right ovary and was in excruciating pain during intercourse and had to stop after a few seconds so I went back to my doctor who diagnosed me with Pelvic inflammatory Disease put me on 3 courses of antibiotics for the two weeks while she was waiting on the results of the smear to come back. When the results did come back the said the diagnoses wasn't PID. At the time I was experience UTI on a constant basis. I went and had a scan on my ovaries done but it came back as normal. It is now a year later and I am still suffering from night sweats hot flushes and chronic fatigue. I am also attending a neurologist next Monday in relation to the headaches as the stroke specialist has diagnosed me with Sporadic Hemiplegic Migraines. Also in the last week I have now been diagnosed with post menopause but i am only 42 my hormones level blood tests are as followed LH 67 FSH 122 and Oestradiol 18.4 which my doctor says are off the chart, problem is I went to the doctor to try have another baby. I suppose my question is, is it possible to is it post menopause or ovarian failure and is it possible the menopause to cause all the other systems I have experienced over the last year. It has caused me to miss six months from work I was so sick.
