Hi, My Name Is Ashton. Tonight I Had Some Symptoms

Hi, my name is Ashton. Tonight I had some symptoms that I have never had before. I have experienced heartburn along with tingling fingers and shortness of breath before but tonight I also experienced dizziness, loss of motor control, abdominal pain, weakness in my arms, fatigue, and scariest of all after sitting down for twenty minutes I found that I couldn't open or move my hands without walking around. After taking an iron supplement and eating a few sugary snacks I felt better and so I've settled for a visit to my physician tomorrow instead of a visit to the emergency room tonight. I've discovered through online research and a couple of home tests that my thyroid is definitely swollen. I started on adderall for my ADHD about two weeks ago (full time student) but so far I have had no other side effects. I have had acid reflux for several years. I have also discovered that I have all but one symptom of hyperthyroidism. I am 26 and up until about a month ago I lived an admittedly unhealthy lifestyle (terrible diet, excessive alcohol consumption, etc...). Other than GERD I have never really had any health issues and up until about a year ago those symptoms were easily manageable.
