Hi My Name Is Barbara, My Husband Fred Was Recently

Hi my name is Barbara, my husband Fred was recently diagnosised emphysema he is a diebitic too.
He has been coughing to the point of vomiting. Today he said his been tired all day. Now has home i made hi. Eat dinner he was on for a bit now he says he feels silly lime has been drinking but dizzy or light headed I don't know if it the emphysema or diebiticy Bo is 151/79 pulse 100...anything I snojld worry about?
