Hi, My Name Is Bob, My Neck Appears To Be

Hi, my name is Bob, my neck appears to be enlarged and mostly to right hand side. I am coughing with it, only clear fluid nothing like sinus. When I swallow sometimes it is as if the throat is restricted as I can feel what even Im eating going down. At times it appears it temporarily gets caught about 4" down, then I drink water and it goes down.
