Hi My Name Is Breanna The Doctors Are Saying I

Hi my name is Breanna the doctors are saying I have miss carried again which would be the fifth one for me just four days ago I had a positive blood test and urine test. I have started a period looks like a normal period for me and it was almost two weeks late I have a belly and feel movement inside my me I have one living child that was four months premature. I bled the whole time I was pregnant with her. Like a normal period I am having symptoms like nausea fatigue and lower and upper back ache I feel kicks in my belly my husband mom and mother in law all have felt it also. I have heard of a cryptic pregnancy and I'm wondering if I am having one. They did a vaginal and non vaginal ultrasound to find nothing. They believe I miss carried within the last month but are not sure of it. My progesterone is always low with every pregnancy. I'm producing large amounts of milk in my right breast and have been since I gave birth to my first child almost two years ago she never breast fed though what do you think I'm having no one will give me answers???
