Hi My Name Is Christin And My Husband Is Experiencing

Hi my name is Christin and my husband is experiencing cramping in the abdomen with diarrhea vomiting and dizziness. He cant seem to keep and thing down. I thought maybe he had food poisoning but everything he has eaten I have also eaten and I don't have these symptoms.
