Hi My Name Is Confidence I Had My Left Ear

Hi my name is Confidence
I had my left ear washed some months ago but recently I experience some itching. I went to a nearby pharmacy and had this eardrop. But the pharmacist told me is a sour/infection. So when i had this eardrop it stops the itching for some time but will later come again. Now I have noticed my left ear somehow is not clear than the right one. The left one seems a little dense in sound. Please help me
