Hi My Name Is Danny, I Have Been Having Some

Hi my name is Danny, i have been having some pains in the lower left side(front) of my throat. It hurts pretty bad when i sneeze, cough, yawn and and when i swallow. This has been going on for a couple days now. It is very painful when i sneeze, feels as if someone is stabbing me in the throat. Any information would be grateful. Thank you
