Hi my name is Dave and my question is when i breathe its difficult for quite some time in the morning till a bunch of mucus is coughed up. It seems like the middle throat where i think your larynx is seems tight and irritated. I am taking dexilent as i have had stomach fluid come up as i sleep sometimes over the years.pleaee advise thank you.
