Hi, My Name Is Emanuele, From Italy. I Never Used

Hi, my name is Emanuele, from Italy. I never used a service like this.. anyway it is three days that I can see and feel my right cheek pulsating (under my eye, 1cm from the edge of my nose) and I can see also a smaller pulsation on the right edge of my mouth. I have been under very stressful situation but being a sportsmen used to pressure and hard situations I thought it would never happen to me. I'd like to know what can I do to fix this annoying problem. Unfortunately this stressful situation I'm facing right now is not possible to avoid and will last for more few months I guess. Thanks
