Hi My Name Is Gabriel Right Now I'm Feeling Like

Hi my name is Gabriel right now I'm feeling like I have a toothache but throughout my whole body and it's generalized in my joints mostly I can feel it in all my bones I'm 28 years old Hispanic male I've been disabled for 5 years now do to an accident at work causing me to have a could slipped discs and my L4,L5 are both herniated I'm currently on 60mg of methadone and 3 10/325 norco's a day and 1-2 ibuprofen and Ive already taken 2 10mg methadone and 1 norco's and 1 ibuprofen at 10am and I'm still in an extreme amount of pain please someone help from 1-10 I'm at a 8 and rising
