Hi, My Name Is Gautam, And I Am 32 Years

Hi, my name is Gautam, and i am 32 years old. I am having irritation in my throat. I think my uvula has elongated, it keeps touching my tongue all the time. Earlier i thought that, it's my tonsil problem, but today i saw that flesh touching my tongue regularly. Kindly suggest what to do??
