Hi My Name Is Greg Brown. I Had A Cyst

Hi my name is Greg Brown. I had a cyst removed from underneath my penis on the 28th of Jan, which resulted in stitches.
Now a week later most of the stitches have dissolved but now I have am extreamly uncomfortable situation. The area is oozing and high pink in color. Is this normal?
I've went to a ER 2 days ago and was told I was fine.
