Hi my name is Helen. 42 years of age. My cholesterol was 5.7 and my doctor says I'm ok. And my blood pressure is 147/100 and she said nothing serious but it freaks me out because my mum has a history of multiple stroke and has now a pacemaker, my dad went through bulb replacement. and I don't think I'm ok.
