Hi My Name Is Jazmyne Sander Sand I Am 7

Hi my name is Jazmyne Sander sand i am 7 weeks and 2 days pregnant. Jan. 24 2017 i woke to use bathroom & was bleeding bright red blood but not even enough to fill a small panty liner. I was worried and went to ER. THEY took blood and did an internal ultrasound. Did not hear a heartbeat but the doctor told me it could be to early to hear a heart beat so i would have to wait until my next appointment which is february 8th 2017. For two days i have had brown discharge. A creamy light brown color & then this morning i wiped & there was a very tiny clot but all was still brown. Couple hours later i am spotting. Its not bright red blood it is a dark red/brownish color & it "gushed" out of me and kind of ruined my underwear. Still no clots but am cramping as if im about to start my period. Alittle mild abdominal pain. This is my very first pregnancy and im panicking i have no idea what to do or think.
