Hi My Name Is Jenifer. Just Before My Menstrual Cycle

Hi my name is Jenifer. Just before my menstrual cycle I have a elevated temperature and my lymph nodes swell up. I have been getting my period every two weeks and I am very anemic. I recently had a blood transfusion and fibroids removed. However, the periods came back with a vengeance and my lymph nodes once again swelled up, almost immediately after the fibroids were removed. Now two month later I'm scheduled for a hysterectomy. I have also been diagnosed with endometriosis. The gynecologist says that my swollen lymph nodes have nothing to do with the issues I have going on. I am at a loss, I have had several blood tests and I don't have any answers??
