Hi My Name Is Jenny, I Had My Period On

Hi my name is Jenny,
I had my period on the 20/03/2016. The fourth day of my period was light and about to end but then I found out that I when I wiped myself I saw a pink flesh on my tissue and I got scared. I am not so sure what it is. Please explain so I can understand or go see my doctor.
