Hi My Name Is Jess And I Am A 67

Hi my name is Jess and I am a 67 year old man that has had 25 surgeries since 2005. My most reason has been 6 lower back surgeries and i have severe health probems and cannot heal. I have read alot about HGH and how it can your body heal. The problem becomes I cannot afford it since insurance will not pay for treatments.
Any suggestions.
