Hi, my name is Maegan. I'm at the beginning stages of receding gums and I dont know what to do. Should I stop brushing for awhile so the gums can heal? I also have clear tips on the bottom front tips of my teeth. How do I stop this from getting worse? -Thanks, Maegan.
