Hi My Name Is Manda And I Have Been Experiencing

Hi my name is Manda and I have been experiencing some unusual symptoms. It started back in October with some so-called dizzy spells. I have been experiencing lightheadedness, almost as if i stood up too fast and got a "head rush". There is no specific time or one thing that brings it on. I have humming in my ears and some aching, dull headaches mostly on the top and frontal part of my head, nausea and only a few times i have felt faint. I get a tingly feeling in my head and it proceeds with humming in my ears, where then I am nauseated due to the headaches. I am very confused, i have watched what I ate, thimgs I have done, or any factor that triggers these episodes. I am very concerned due to being a mother and home by myself with a young child. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you.
