Hi, My Name Is Mari, Recently I Lost My Virgin

Hi, my name is Mari, recently I lost my virgin to my boyfriend of a year. I lost it on July 31st, since then I have been having weird symptoms. From the 31st to today, I have a slight burning sensation once I get done peeing. I also cannot hold my pee, then lastly I still have light spotting.. No we did not use a condom, we did the 'pull out method' a method I promise not too use again. Can you tell me what could be wrong? I know for a fact, me nor my boyfriend have any stds or anything.
